Refund & Returns Policy
At DEMAD CLOTHING, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Be in the same condition in which they were received.
DEMAD CLOTHING reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Made-to-order products once production has started.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Return Procedure

- Include your order number and details of the return request.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.
